Hello,
My name is Michael and I am the owner at Xclusive Auto Detail. I oversee day to day operations and personally work on vehicles. I have always had a keen eye for the small details of the exterior and the interior of a vehicle. I treat every vehicle that comes through the door with the utmost pride and integrity. The quality of the work that I strive for is top of the line. Customer service is extremely important to me and strive for every customer to be completely satisfied with the service provided by the team.
I started the Professional business in 2009 with a small concept in mind. Always wanted my business to be a personal experience and cater to each and every customer and the needs of their vehicle. Over the years and with growth I have continued with the same customer service and still cater to the customers expectations. The Plantside Dr location has always been the same but with growth have had the need for more space within the plaza. The original space for the business was 3000 sq ft. and have since added over 7000 sq ft. to that original space. The business still continues with the same integrity and customer satisfaction.
In October of 2022, after having outgrown our Jeffersontown location for years, we took a leap of faith and moved the shop to the Butchertown area. We are now located at 1733 Mellwood Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. Our new facility gives us over 14,000 sq ft of space, 16 ft high bay doors for a vehicle of any size, environmentally controlled film installation room for tint, ppf, and vinyl wraps, and a complete interior and exterior alarmed/video surveillance gated campus for 24-hour protection.
